We believe you should sleep on our mattresses to decide if you like them, so we give you 100 nights to try them in your own home. If they don’t work out, returns are free and easy.

- Our team will try their best to donate your product to a charity or recycle it.
- Your original form of payment will be refunded in full.

Frequently asked questions
Since you’ve likely been sleeping on another mattress every night for the past few years, your body will need time to adjust to your new Casper mattress, pillows and bedding. We offer an extended trial on these products and recommend spending 100 nights with them, so you can take note of how your sleep improves along the way. Of course, we believe it’s important to test out all of your Casper products in the comfort your own home. Rest assured, our other products include a 30 night trial, so you can do just that.
If you decide that your Casper products aren’t right for you within your trial period, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. For smaller items like our bedding, pillows, and dog beds, you can visit our return center. From there, you'll print a prepaid shipping label and drop the box off at UPS. Provided the items are received in donatable condition, we’ll process a full refund once we receive them back at our facility. For larger items like mattresses or furniture, please contact us at 0800 980 6900 or support@casper.co.uk to initiate your return. We'll work with you to arrange a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner and refund you in full. Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks.
For mattresses or our larger items like furniture, no need to keep the box! We use large industrial machines to compress and pack our mattresses, so they won’t go back into their original package. If you don't want to throw the box away, it also makes an excellent rocket ship, side table, standing desk, or playhouse.For all of our other products, any box will do for a return. But if you have the space, feel free to hold onto it, as it might be the easiest way to get your products back to us.
