We designed all Casper mattresses to be versatile, so they work with all standard bases — adjustable bed frames, platform beds, or a foundation.
 
If you’re using a base with wooden slats, the slats should be 1.5 inches thick and no more than 4 inches apart to provide the best direct support. We do not recommend a box spring for our mattresses.
 
For optimal support under all sizes (Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, Cal King), we suggest using the Casper foundation. Want more info? See our bed setup guide.

Absolutely — we recommend using it with either of our adjustable bed frames to help you customize your perfect sleep position. Our mattresses are incredibly durable and won’t be affected by the movement. When not in use, we recommend keeping your mattress in the flat position.
