The protection plan is available for all Casper mattresses and the Adjustable and Adjustable Pro Bed Frames.
The cost depends on the product you purchase and its size. The one-time payment ranges from $30 to $240 US Dollars or $45 to $305 Canadian Dollars. Customers will see the price at checkout based on what size & model mattress and/or Adjustable Bed Frame is in their cart.
The Mattress Protection Plan covers all stains, rips and tears. Firesocks (blended knit that helps retard a fire) will be replaced for any rips or tears. There’s no deductible and no limit on the number of claims you can make.
The Adjustable Protection Plan covers failed welds, mechanism failures, and electrical failures.
The Protection Plan is designed to cover what Casper’s warranty doesn’t. Primarily accidents and other damage that aren’t a result of a manufacturing defect.
