The Casper Repose is designed to support your mattress without a foundation or box spring. Its slatted base is designed to provide a firm, flat and even surface for your mattress.
It all comes down to personal preference! If you prefer a more modern look, we have bed frame options that do not require a foundation or box spring. For a more traditional bed setup, the Casper foundation pairs with our metal bed frame for extra height and seamless support. Our foundation can also be used with any standard-size bed frame that requires a box spring or foundation to support the mattress.

Clean with a damp, non-abrasive cotton cloth. Mild liquid detergent or household cleaner may be used on all colors except natural wood. Do not use ammonia based cleaners.
